Our founder Carla was invited by the editors Andrea Jeffery and Rebecca Jones to write about the Human-Animal Bond, Chapter 3, from the viewpoint of her role working in the community _ with her understanding of trauma informed veterinary care, and embracing Equity and the Equality Act of 2010 _ protecting Human-Animal Bonds with her approach to care for the human of the patient as much as her patients as she point us to think how we can start positive collaborative conversations with human healthcare providers and other allied One Health professions.
